Two weeks after installing a shower remodel all four shelves came loose from the glue. I called service.

That was two weeks ago and they said contractor would call and come back to do a repair. No contractor called. After calling the service center 8 times and getting the runaround they said they would find a new contractor. They never called.

Poor installation, poor service. Ive been calling 855-225-**** since the shelves came down and have been getting a run around. Theyre the ones that tell me a contractor Wii call within a day and it never happens.

Theyre the ones that tell me a supervisor is unavailable. They have been no help

I was misled about my water heater being of sufficient size for a walk in tub.

I purchased a walk in tub on Dec.12, 2023, and the company installed it on Feb. 21, 2024.

I have used it once, and could only fill it up to barely above the seat before running out of hot water. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. I was told at the time of purchase that my 50 gallon water heater met the standard for the tub, and the heater is only 18 months old. This was obviously a lie, and I am certain the salesman, Jeff Cox, knew it.

If I had known this would happen I wouldn't have bought the tub, and I'm sure he was aware of that also. I wish I had just kept my old tub and used a lift for my upcoming surgery. Now I will have to get a bigger water heater or have the tub removed and replaced with a traditional tub, and I am leaning toward the latter. I talked to 4 different customer service people from A.S.

today and was basically told I'm *** out of luck. If the salesman had leveled with me in the first place I wouldn't be in this damn mess. I may have to go through my upcoming surgery with no useable tub for which I paid almost $24000.00 dollars. Pissed doesn't begin to cover it.

I don’t believe that needing a larger water heater would have been a deal breaker if you were already ok spending $24,000 on the tub. In fact, for it only costing $2000, I’d have installed the tub first then waited to see. You need to think long and hard about having to lift both legs over a regular tub and sitting on an unstable portable seat.

Have a plumber assess the situation. Your current water heater should be plenty for two people.

Maybe have them check if the water temp needs raised.

If you really paid $24,000, you either got ripped off or had a complete renovation done as the cost of a walk in tub is between $2-4000. If it does require a larger heater, it’s odd you would choose to undo $24,000 tub and not get larger heater, around $2000.

Rohnny sharpe knowingly sends his workers out to make a buck and doesn't worry about quality or standard for these high priced rip offs and the work the others do is half-assedd

They dont put the electrical box that powered the tub on actual stud they just let it hang and they constantly take doors out and replace just to make an extra buck *** service for American standard

Walk in tub never worked from day one Main calling for about 11 months. Parts were delivered about three months ago no service yet. Not sure if they even know what service means. Salesman from Pittsburgh company from New York installer from Maryland workers from Mexico. What a joke.

1 toilet had crack in bowl out of the box, thought we could fix it then a few weeks later a large chunk broke off. Contacted them for replacement, which took them about 2 weeks to send, that toilet was even worse. Replacement toilet was in literal pieces, they shipped via FedEx and didn't bother to cushion it nor put "fragile" stickers on it. Contacted them again and was told a refund would be issued, that was on May 22nd and now they disappeared and not answering. Out $300.

We bought one of your toilet from Lowe's the lid is peeling

Called your customer service about a peeling toilet seat . The rep said the warranty was only good for 1 year. We have two other toilets. Used more with no problem A toilet seat should last for many years . Thanks

Failure to sell complete products and repair shortages

bought from Home Depot and delivered offshore. Parts missing from unopened package.

Impossible to contact -- never answer phone. US 800 number is long distance cost for offshore. 3 years later I still have no parts to install product.

faucet has mini spout that drips water at low flow over the edge of the basin. Original instal holes for a normal sized AmStan widespread faucet.

This one is for an RV sized sink. No info on mini size.

Buying this AmStan ChatField Faucet is a total waste of money and needs to be replaced.

Very disappointed. been buying AmStan for 40+ years and did not expect to be so poorly treated as a consumer.

Furnace installed 06/20,,, Inducer motor seized up on 11/21. Humidifier had been turned off and tech turned it back on after install of inducer motor.

2 days later furnace stopped working. Found out humidifier was causing a fuse to blow in the furnace (same humidifier has been on furnaces for over 25 years through 2 other AmStd furnaces. Inducer motor once again seized up in 10/22. 2 inducer motors in 1 year and a humidifier that can't be used on this furnace.

Company that installled furnace said they could replace humidifier for $300 (not sure of exact cost).

I am living off Social Security and can't afford the cost.

To me the humidifier should be able to work on this furnace since it worked on 2 other AmStd furnaces.

NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE FURNACE AND THE FACT THAT I CAN'T USE THE HUMIDIFIER. I WILL GIVE

A part broke, called American Standard. They promptly shipped the replacement part, but I never got a service call. When I contacted the company, they told me their vendor refused to service our area unless they had other jobs in the area. Three months later, tub still broken. What total crap service.
